A new wrinkle overnight details some of what Dr. Blasey-ford is expected to share when she the testifies. USA today confirms it has object stained declarations of sworn witnesses. Quoting from the report in her declaration, Ford’s friend said Ford told her with about the alleged assault during a June 2013 meal and contacted Ford’s attorneys on September 16th of this year to tell them Ford had confided in her five years ago. In that declaration, she writes, during that meal, Christine was visibly upset so I asked her what was going on. Christine said she was having a hard time because she was thinking about an assault she experienced when she was much younger. She told me she had been trapped in a room with two drunken guys and that she had escaped, run away and hid. Remember, that’s June 2013.
