Minnesota House Press Conference: Omnibus Health and Human Services Finance Bill

Each calendar year, you can make a contribution to CD3 DFL and get it refunded. Here’s how:

The PCR is a great tool to use for people wanting to support Democratic candidates and party units.

Here’s how it works:

Every eligible voter can make a contribution to the CD3 DFL and get $50 of that amount back annually ($100 for married couples). We’ll provide you with a receipt and a form that will allow you to send in to the State of Minnesota. You’ll receive a refund* for that full $50 (or $100 for couples).
