Donald Trump Jr. posted a photo of himself to Instagram on Sunday that showed him holding a machine gun with a magazine emblazoned with former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s face.
“Nice day at the range,” Trump Jr. wrote in the caption, thanking two companies for, “adding a little extra awesome to my AR and that mag…”

(Reuters) – A U.S. congressional committee on Monday sought records from Education Secretary Betsy DeVos relating to her use of private email accounts, expanding an investigation into how President Donald Trump’s top aides use unofficial messaging services to conduct government affairs.
U.S. Representative Elijah Cummings, the Democratic chairman of the House Oversight and Reform Committee, sent a letter to DeVos requesting copies of all messages relating to official government business she sent or received from private email accounts or electronic messaging services.
The letter gave DeVos a July 29 deadline.

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) declared Tuesday morning that it’s “case closed” when it comes to President Trump and special counsel Robert S. Mueller III’s Russia investigation.
Calling it a “Groundhog Day spectacle,” McConnell said, “This ought to be good news for everyone, but my Democratic colleagues seem to be publicly working through the five stages of grief.”
This is an argument Trump’s allies have made for weeks. “Case closed,” Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey O.
