Minnesota Values Project
The Minnesota Values Project is a partnership between Minnesotans, elected officials and organizations to create a shared vision for the future of our state. Minnesotans care deeply about our state and want to see one another succeed. Working together, we can strengthen our communities by improving education opportunities, making affordable healthcare a reality, and increasing economic prosperity for all Minnesotans.
Since 2017, the House DFL has facilitated hundreds of meaningful conversations with people across all Minnesota about their priorities. This work continues as we hear from more Minnesotans about the vision they have for their state. Please share your views by taking the survey here.
Cracking Down on Robo-Calls
On Monday this week, my House colleagues announced plans for cracking down on predatory ‘robo-calls’. These invasive calls are on the rise in Minnesota with reports showing approximately 58 calls per impacted person in 2019. Scammers are using the latest technology to swindle and cheat people, especially the elderly and vulnerable populations, and it’s time to fight back. Minnesotans are sick and tired of these calls. I look forward to supporting this common-sense solution to a problem that is impacting too many in our state.
