U.S. Rep. Dean Phillips (D-Deephaven), who represents Minnesota’s 3rd District in U.S. Congress, signed a bipartisan letter to preserve and strengthen the Medicare Advantage program for seniors across the country and was named a Medicare Advantage “champion.”
He was recognized by Better Care America, a health care education project by America’s Health Insurance Plans, which advocates for expanding access to affordable health care through a competitive marketplace.
“It’s time for us to make the moral decision that all Americans deserve access to affordable, quality healthcare,” Phillips said. “I’m committed to protecting and strengthening earned benefits like Medicare Advantage and lowering the cost of prescription drugs for our seniors and their families.”
